Christine has more than twenty years of experience in developing individuals and teams and helping people in achieving their full potential. One of our key event specialist delivering our team activities and conference programmes. In her spare time she runs marathons as a way of visiting great cities around the world. Tina Dulson, Director. Tina has over two decades of experience in corporate training, leadership development, professional coaching and facilitation. Her passion is ensuring that development is not forced to grow in isolation but is realistically supported throughout a workplace culture and environment.

Juliet Iddon is our Accounts Administrator and Office Manager. As well as accurately counting Berrison’s beans for the last decade, Juliet is invaluable for ensuring that base camp runs smoothly, allowing the rest of the team to focus on what they do best - helping our clients grow their capability.

Colin Dulson is the Managing Director here at Berrison. Colin is a true leader, ‘walking the talk’ of over two decades experience in the training industry, working at board and senior management level, designing and delivering leadership development programmes for large corporations and other organisations.

Viv Cuthill is an Associate Consultant with Berrison. Working closely with the senior team, Viv specialises in individual and team coaching, as well as using experiential learning to support leadership and team development programmes focused on helping people and organisations undergoing change.Bilingual - English/French/German.
