This is a high energy, full day event, packed with content and interaction to boost your
team – leaving the team more motivated and skilled in working as a cohesive unit.
DISC is an interesting and enjoyable way to explore team dynamics. Helping the team to understand and use each others strengths and preference in building team performance.
How the day works
At the start of the day, our experienced facilitator will use the DiSC profiling tool to help the team and the individuals understand their personal strengths and attributes. They will help the team to best use each other’s talents and personalities to enhance the team’s effectiveness.
Using newly honed skills and a team working agreement, the delegates will split into teams to play a business simulation activity. The business game is an opportunity to use the understanding gathered from the DiSC profiles and ‘road test’ the team’s working agreement to enhance its effectiveness.
The concluding review of the day ensures that the team takes the key learning from the day and embeds it into their everyday working practice.
