If you are not able to attend a course/workshop, we are here to help. Before you cancel your original booking date, please get in contact with us to rearrange a date that suits you, on 01539 734980.

Or follow the procedure below:

Cancellation

You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to cancel a training course or workshop in order to be eligible for a full refund minus, a £15 admin charge.

To be eligible for a cancellation, please contact Berrison Ltd in writing, by email at: online@berrison.com

Refunds

Once we receive your email, we will notify you that we have received your request.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.

If your cancelation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within seven working days (approximately) depending on your card issuer’s policy.
